I have no idea of this place when it comes to its teachers or how the kids are being treated because I do not have a child enrolled in the place. It's a high in demand space and the parents who have already enrolled their children might disagree on the below, but this is only my personal opinion and may not be the same for everyone. I visited this place only once, it's a very spacious and a large campus, with separate big playgrounds and equipments for 2 year olds and 3-4 year olds and infants which are well gated and secured and the play space is very neat and clean. The teachers and director were not very warm or welcoming. The classroom was very cramped to accomodate 12 children, most of them were running around and 2 of them were sleeping in the midst of it and one of the sadly woke up when the door was opened. It was a very closed space where they do eat, sleep and learn - no much space to navigate. One thing they offer is online video streaming which not many other schools provide. They expect kids to be fully potty trained and I'm unclear on how much assistance they get in the bathroom, because the director told me "you can bring the wipes and will remind teachers about it". I was looking for support with initial transition as difficult as it sounds, they said the child can cry all day or cry in between but there is nothing much they can do about it. I was contemplating on why there are so many negative comments about this space, and though it could be personal, I can somehow relate to it. But as I said, I have no other comments regarding teaching or caregiving - this is just my personal opinion on what I could just see for less than 20 minutes.

Please avoid this place. Terrible organization and bad management.

The management has no Knowledge of Safety Accident Prevention in Children.

When an incident happens, they always blame our child and force you to sign the paper to try to save their neck.

They don't care about my or your children's safety. I took my child to the emergency center 3 times. and all incidents happened here.

They are not following covid safety protocols for schools. When Kids and teachers have positive covid test results, they still open school without the sanitation classrooms.

Director. Joelle seriously needs to think about why your students get injured very often from this location.
Joelle, What did you do? why the police were talking to you. I saw 3 cops talking to you about an incident a few months ago.

Please beware People.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this facility. My 1 yr old son had visited the facility for his trial day. When we arrived to pick him up after 3 hours he was hysterically crying, sitting off on his own with no one around him. You could tell he had been crying for a while. His shirt was soaked from what we were told was him throwing up from his bottle, which he was fed when we were still there observing from the outside 3 hours prior. I had to ask why he was still in a wet shirt and why he was soaked from the neck down. His face and head were red and he was burning up from being out in the 89 degree weather for playtime in his hoodie. It was concerning to me that they did not remove his hoodie from the morning to take him out to play on such a hot day. He had a fever for the rest of the day and night. All of the other kids were walking except our son, so I was told he would not be left in the "dust" due to the fact that he was not mobile in that way. A little concerning to me that he had been sitting there crying for so long by himself, especially when the director assured me it was such a highly sought after child care facility due to the ratio of kids to teachers. Lastly, while leaving the room, the director makes a comment to which really seemed unnecessary, stating that my son seemed "very attached" to me. Being that it was his first experience at a childcare facility, obviously he would have a little bit of a hard time adjusting. I was definitely not impressed by this child care especially with the management in charge of the facility.
