Hi! We are looking for a special education professional to work with our 25-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy and is nonverbal. She uses a communication device. She attended schools for children with disabilities and really thrived in that environment. She has multiple therapies (PT, speech, rec therapy) during the week, but we are sure she is bored with us (her parents). We would like a professional to come and engage with her... playing games, learning, etc. We live in New Hope, PA. Both parents (two moms) are in the health care field--strong preference for someone with experience working with individuals with special needs. Preferred days are Tuesdays (1-3 pm) and Fridays (10 am-12:30 pm). Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. Please note we would like someone to work with Sierra in our home. THANK YOU!
