We are a family of 5, with 10 years old son, 7 years old daughter and 3 years old daughter living in South East Charlotte, North Carolina near McKee Rd Elementary School. We are looking for help in taking care of the 3-year-old in the afternoons, and/or help in sharing the daily household chores with us. We are Vegans and expect the Nanny to be a Vegan inside our home. We are non-immigrants in US visa and can only hire US citizens and permanent residents of the US as our Nanny on payroll. We encourage Nannies to pursue higher studies, and so can work with the Nanny for flexible work hours. We can offer between $20 per hour and $25 per hour on payroll for up to 30 hours per week. We are trying to keep our kids' elementary school Spanish language fresh over the summer and looking for someone to trot our kids ~ 6 -8 times over the summer.

Our daughter (14) is transitioning to high school fall 2024. Middle school was a struggle... Not academically, but in preparedness and focus. Study skills, habits, and organization were a huge challenge for her!!! The consequence is that she would fall behind because assignments weren't turned in or forgotten about, or she couldn't manage multiple classes and teachers asking multiple things from her (vs having one teacher in elementary school). We're really hoping to find someone to help her MORE on study HABITS & ORGANIZATION, than on content. She doesn't need a tutor. She needs a mentor. Tell me what makes you unique and how you might be able to help my daughter grow in these areas over the summer. She's with her dad every other week in summer. Days, times, hours are flexible. Im looking for a summer tutor for my almost 10-year-old to work on writing /spelling. He'll be in 4th grade. He has come along way this year but he is behind in being able to write and spell words correctly. He's a fantastic reader though!! He just needs a lot more practice and some fun ideas!!
