We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Wilmington. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. There are 2 positions. One in the mornings and one in afternoon/evening The morning is take to school or camp, get there at 6:30 am, take to school at 7:10 a.m. The afternoon/evening is pick up from after-school care usually between 3; 30-5 and take to tutoring on some days, or camps or home. It can vary each week (different days, but 3-5 days per week 4-5 p.m. and take home or to camps. Usually mom is home about 7 p.m.

My wife and I currently have our daughters enrolled in an after-school tutoring program run at the school. Based on the experience so far and the price point of the program, we are evaluating another option that involves our daughters taking the bus home from school and spending recurring afternoons with a caretaker/nanny. With that being said, most profiles do not disclose the caretaker's/nanny's availability and we would like to see if this plan could work for someone looking for a recurring engagement. We are looking someone that would be available on most school days from 2:45 to 5:45, plus or minus 15 minutes, and there is some flexibility with some notice. Drop off at day care in the morning 7-8 a.m. Pick up from day care in the evening at 4 p.m. Care for him until I get home, this would include snack and watching him. No school, no tutoring, no meal cooking. You will need a car. You will have a key to my house and can care for him there or you can go to parks, the beach, or in the yard at my house.
