Our 14, 12, and 10-year-old are very active after school and my husband and I are both consultants, so our primary need is a competent and safe driver to help get people where they need to be after school. The hours listed are for the times needed to get our son from school off I-40 to our home in S AVL. We are flexible and can fill in 1-2 days if you are not available all days. The role can be extended to meal prep, light housework, and/or tutoring if you are qualified and interested. We do have a sweet dog and 2 cats, so please consider that when applying. Household Manager Position We are seeking a dedicated part-time Household Manager to help maintain our busy home in the afternoon and evening. Our family includes a second grader and a fifth grader and a dog. The ideal candidate will excel at organization, home maintenance, and creating a well-managed household environment. General schedule would be 4 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. Example duties: - Homework and kid chore management; this may include math tutoring, as needed - Laundry (bedding, towels, dish towels, as needed), dishes, and light cleaning (air filters, kids bathroom, vacuuming as needed) - Household organization (refrigerator, cupboards, and closets) - Weekly plant watering - Occasionally basement organizations - Light meal prep (esp. kids lunch prep and snacks, but also the occasional dinner)

Looking for a caring, emotionally aware, balanced, calming influence who is happy with a positive mindset to care and accompany a bright 7-year-old girl with autism. She is verbal, level one. You would help with focus and meltdowns under 12 hours a week in a private classroom working 3 days with this child individually. This is a 2 part position. The start time can be 9 a.m. - 9:30 am, I am slightly flexible on that. The first part of your day is Elder Care and housekeeping. We have a 74-year-old woman that will need help with basic easy meals, bathing and tidying up. The main house will require housekeeping and laundry. The kids will return from school around 2:30. . The right person will be able to help them with HW questions they might have or at least be able to look at the school work book to help. In hindsight this person will have some level of education. Most of the time the kids will be able to do their work but need some guidance and someone that makes sure it gets done. If anyone seems to be struggling I will organize a tutor. The person that I am looking for must be reliable with a pleasant and caring personality. We have a cat :)

The care will be for our 4yo and just some adult supervision over the teenager when/if he's home, he's independent and does his own thing. Our ideal person should have their own safe reliable transportation with a clean driving record. They should be able to pick up from school and either drop off home and/or spend 2ish hours until someone gets home. We'd love someone with the flexibility of some date nights/ travel for work and family trips.
