We need a nanny for our 1 child in Santa Maria. And we're looking now! We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Please be comfortable with pets. Our child is a 3. 5-month-old. My wife will be working from home but needs help with care while she works. Looking for mostly mornings from 9A - 1P. When she returns to fulltime then we may need more help.

Some of my requirements are a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified and MOST importantly MUST have experience and knowledge with working with autistic kids. As autistic children require a lot of patience and understanding. Im also looking for someone who doesn't mind assisting with potty training as 1 twin is not fully potty trained, assisting with homework, educational activities, and some lite meal prep. Must be flexible with hours as you maybe needed on days schools are closed or if kids are ill.
