me and my family will be going out of town next week for vacation in south padre it's very last minute and we just recently moved to Corsicana to a new place so we really don't want to leave him by himself for a week in the new house and we don't have no close family to come check on him everyone is 1 hour away and don't want to make the drive. He is a big chunky baby he is like our Garfield , he loves to sleep a lot and get a few snacks through the day we give him a little shredded cheese or some milk or ham those are his favorites when we get home. He is litter trained and nurtured as well. He usually only sleeps on a chair or his favorite blanket you can put it on the floor which we will Provide everything for him, he's very easygoing a very great cat doesn't do very much honestly he's older so he's not very active. He may talk to you a little and sit by your fridge when he wakes up if he wants a snack like I said he's a big foodie lol he also doesn't shed much at all so you don't have to worry about hair we don't have any problems with that. He is not long haired cat. I just want to make sure he's getting some kind of attention and love and care while we are away on vacation. Bello , he is 10 years in age. Sweet, easygoing and chunky. He loves to sleep and eat these days doesn't have much energy since he's older. The only time he's running if it's to the fridge for some milk , ham & cheese lol.. he's just a chunky cuddly buddy very easy to care for! Hello! I am in need of the right individual who can provide support for me and compassionate care for my father. !!Weekends preferred (but not every weekend)!! My dad has resided with me for the past 15 years! I am his daughter (37 y.o) and POA. My dad is 78 years old and suffers from dementia. No other major health issues - no bending, lifting or washing is needed!!!! He may have an accident which may call for a change of clothes but not too often. No cooking or cleaning necessary!!! He does not wander and is not at all aggressive. He loves to laugh and watch television and has always been a man that enjoyed his own company. He's retired and divorced from my mother after being married for over 20 years. He has a loving home environment, has a private CNA during the week and he is very sweet and kind!! He watches television, he walks by himself, he feeds himself, and uses the bathroom by himself. He needs assistance daily with ADLs... I love my dad very much but struggle with finding time for myself. No children, 2 small dogs (maltipoos w/ doggy door) - I have a spare bedroom as well. I prep all dad's meals and I use a 30 day pill sorter for his meds. This would be an easy gig for someone to offer supervision for my dad when I am away on two weekends out of the month for Respite. I work from home and need to get away to visit relatives and nature from time to time! I would love for an individual to have had some experience with those living with dementia. I will always be available when I am away from home or taking a trip. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner will need to be heated and placed on his tv stand.
