We are a family with a firefighter and a physician so we work shift work and the nanny schedule is based around our shifts. We are offering a part time position with a work schedule that is predictable. The days of the week M-F rotate is a pattern by week but the schedule is set months in advance. Hours would vary 10-20hrs/week. We would pay a constant base salary of 20 hours/week, no matter the schedule. If the week is 25 hrs, we would pay more accordingly. If everything pans out with us thinking you are a good match to watch our kids we would like to keep you on for a few years. My daughter Nora is going to be 4 in August and my son Enrique will be 7 in November. They start school in September. We just need drop off in the morning to the school and pick up after school for the kids. Drop off is 0825 and pick up is at 250 p.m. We would need a few hours after for the kids to have light meal prepping done for dinner and eating by 330 to 430. Taking care of Toddler (21-month-old). Preparing and feeding breakfast, changing clothes, diaper change, playing and reading, sensory learning. She is not potty trained and uses diapers. She is a late riser as our day ends late, so she will wake up at 8:45 a.m. approx when you come. You will have to change her, fix her hair, prepare her breakfast and feed her (she can feed herself but needs help) and play with her. I am a work from home mom and will be in the house.
