Someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and thorough, to clean the house and furnishings, including inside fridge, and wipe down cabinets as needed. While house is 4, 000 sq. ft., there are only 2 of us living here most of the year, with the exception of guests throughout the summer so the house remains clean. For this reason, during the summer we prefer Tues, Weds or Thurs cleaning but the rest of the year it doesn't matter which day, and we prefer every other week during the off season if that is what your schedule allows.
