MALE Caregiver Needed For 10 Year Old Autistic Boy

My son is almost 11 and is at the point where he needs a male caregiver. Right now we are looking at weekday evenings (mostly 5-8pm). The job includes keeping him safe from harming himself or others, keeping him calm, and every night getting him through his bath time/shower/bedtime routine. Most of the time I or my wife will be home too (except Wednesdays), so we're looking for support staff that can handle my son, who says awful things and can be violent (mostly verbal). Also, any caregiver we hire has to be hired by IHSS and paid through them (they are a government agency), so that takes time and background checks and fingerprinting and an interview, which we will pay for. So we're looking for someone serious and long term and must have a car, because as things evolve here, the hours might increase. Please apply if interested.
