We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a prestigious residence in the upscale neighborhood of Presidio Heights, San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to household tasks. This position offers flexibility, with options for both part-time and full-time hours, paying between $40 and $55 per hour. Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms in the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Laundering and ironing clothing and linens, ensuring proper care and organization. Organizing and tidying rooms, closets, and storage spaces to maintain a neat and orderly household. Assisting with meal preparation and cleanup as needed. Handling special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks on a periodic basis. Collaborating with other household staff members, such as chefs, nannies, and property managers, to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials, and notifying the employer when supplies need replenishing. Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Requirements: Previous experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or high-end hospitality setting. Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning and organization. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and occasional weekend or evening hours. Understanding of proper handling and care of delicate fabrics, antiques, and high-end furnishings. Respect for privacy and confidentiality in a private household setting. Schedule: Flexible, with options for both part-time and full-time hours.
