We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team and maintain our historic Pasadena home. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and experienced in providing high-quality housekeeping services. Responsibilities: 1. Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. 2. Ensure all rooms are well-maintained and presentable at all times. 3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. 4. Change bed linens and make beds to hotel standards. 5. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes. 6. Handle special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning and organizing. 7. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when supplies need to be replenished. 8. Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand specific preferences and requirements. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. 3. Flexibility to work part-time hours with potential for occasional schedule adjustments. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently. 5. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 6. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. 7. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
