Mighty Kicks Tacoma is currently seeking coaches in Pierce & Thurston Counties. We are looking for positive and responsible individuals who have a passion for having a positive impact on young children. To Apply you must have a valid email address in your resume. What we are looking for in our coaches: - Responsible: punctual to all coaching sessions, manage a group of 8-10 children, can effectively communicate with school directors and teachers. - Professional: neat appearance, courteous and cordial with all childcare center staff and directors, polite. - Patient: you must be a patient person who can maintain their poise while working with children. - Enthusiastic: you must enjoy working with young kids, be confident in connecting with kids 3-6 years old, and bring excitement to each coaching session to make Mighty Kicks the best part of the children's day. - FUN: you need to enjoy having fun with young children, be comfortable using your imagination and being creative and goofy with the kids. Requirements: - You must have reliable transportation - You will need to successfully pass a national, state, and county background check (Merit) - You will need to be First Aid and CPR trained or get trained by start of season Preferred qualifications: - experience working with children, ages 3-6 - soccer playing/coaching experience Desired Qualifications: 1 to 5 years of experience with preschool-age children CPR/First Aid certified Reliable transportation Some college
