Responsibilities encompass creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, including child-related household tasks such as tidying and organizing children's areas and belongings. Managing before and after school routines, coordinating activities, running errands, and assisting with meal preparation. Additional responsibilities will include inventory upkeep, meal planning, running errands such as trips to the post office, making Instacart orders, managing dry cleaning, and light tidying to maintain a tidy and organized household. The family has a housekeeper weekly so you will be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness. Qualifications 3+ years of professional childcare experience High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required) At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Reliable and insured vehicle preferred Travel ready! Clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid U.S Passport Live-in is a requirement for this role Schedule Full-time position ensuring a minimum of 45 hours per week, with occasional hours exceeding 50. Flexibility is vital. Standard schedule includes Monday to Friday, with an extra 4 hours on Sundays. Availability for Saturday evenings may be necessary. Alternatively, downtime will be available based on your work week. Compensation The family is offering $35-$40/hour based upon hours per week which equates to up to $1,660-$1,900 weekly, and an anticipated annual base income of up to $100k+/year. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and with holdings as required by law. Benefits The family is open to providing a monthly healthcare stipend of $200, 10 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, and paid holidays to include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, and use of the family vehicle for on-the-job travel (if needed), and relocation assistance if needed.
