Manage all aspects of the preschool's operations, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and facility management Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and industry best practices Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children Collaborate with parents to address their concerns, provide updates on their child's progress, and promote parental involvement in the preschool community Conduct regular staff evaluations and professional development opportunities to support continuous improvement.
