A wonderful family in East Memphis is seeking a nanny to care for their little girl! This family is a dual physician household and require a flexible schedule. A nanny who is willing to engage with the child as she grows, developmental activities/crafts/outings are a plus. Lots of energy and someone who can jump in and help where needed. Additional Family Assistant duties once child starts preschool will include laundry, errands, grocery shopping, and basic tidying up. Your guaranteed hours will be maintained throughout your employment with this family SCHEDULE HOURS The family does need someone who is very flexible and reliable. Generally the work hours fall between M thru F 6. 30 to 4. 00 but hours do vary week to week. There are the occasional 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts. The schedule will be given 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Prefers someone who can provide the occasional overnight and/or weekend day coverage. START DATE Between April 15-May 15, start date is flexible for the right fit! DURATION Long term, this family would like a consistent and stable nanny for their family throughout their children's youth, looking to have another child in the future. Compensation They are offering $20-23/hour with room for negotiation based on experience, PTO, Healthcare stipend Up to Date on vaccinations is a must
