Job Summary*** We are new owners seeking dedicated and responsible teachers to join our team! We are focusing on building a strong support system, for the educators to thrive in the school, and nurture a healthy work/life balance. Duties*** Assists and supervises children during ALL activities Diaper changing Bottle feeding schedules Develop and implement engaging lesson plans Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities Utilize various teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experiences Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records Completes all academy and classroom paperwork: daily notes, student accident reports, attendance reports, etc Follows Kiddie Academy and PA state regulations on all health and safety policies and regulations Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions Foster a safe and supportive learning environment by enforcing classroom rules and promoting positive behavior management techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning Ensures all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and are used and maintained properly Assists children with mealtimes and clean-up Ensures classroom medication schedule is followed, when applicable nfant room - diapering, following individual feeding schedules, and individual needs Attends and participates in staff meetings, academy events, and parent meetings Kiddie Academy of Cranberry Township is an Equal Opportunity Employer Benefits*** Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance Paid time off Employee childcare discount Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
