Family is moving to Mayfield Heights while they build a house in Chagrin Falls First time parents seeking a career Nanny to grow with their family & care for their infant son. Child(ren): 5-month-old boy (upon start) Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a reliable, devoted career Nanny that engages in age-appropriate activities to foster developmental milestones. Nanny to have strong infant experience and provide daily open communication. Ideal Nanny is comfortable following and implementing daily routine and structure and is looking to become a part of the family for years to come. Family prefers to find a nanny with sleep training skills. Family requires, COVID, flu shot and TDAP. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include all aspects of infant care including cleaning bottles, feeding, diapering, nap time and developmental milestones. Household responsibilities include cleaning/sanitizing bottles, tidying up children's space, family laundry, light meal prep, errands as requested. Car is provided for any transportation purposes. Other adult in the home: Mother works from home & travels occasionally. Pets: 1 Cat Start date: End of April Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p Offered rate: $24-$26/hr, guaranteed 40 hours per week, paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Please note: In addition to our standard screening, this position comes with a nanny skills assessment and drug screen. This position requires a one year commitment, however, the ideal is for the nanny to become part of the family for years.
