Job Title: Full-Time Nanny Location: Shaker Heights Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour Additional Benefits: $150 - Monthly Healthcare Reimbursement Physician household and family of four looking for a reliable, proactive Full Time Nanny to care for their 3 yr old boy & 9 mo old girl. Child(ren): 3 yr old boy & 9 mo old girl (3 yr old attends preschool) Desired Experience/Qualities: Family is seeking a reliable, responsible nanny that can implement a daily and weekly schedule/routine. Nanny to take initiative, when there is downtime assistance around the house is appreciated. Ideal nanny has Montessori experience and is comfortable with no screen time. Desiring a nanny who enjoys staying busy implementing age appropriate activities inside the home and going on occasional field trips. Family requires COVID vaccination, Flu shot, and tDap. *3 yr. old has allergies* Responsibilities: All aspects of childcare Child meal preparation Light housekeeping related to the child (dishes, toy cleanup, children's laundry, tidying children's rooms, etc) Transportation to preschool and activities/field trips Other Adult in the Home: Parents will occasionally work from home Pets: None Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 3 wks out of month 8/8:30-5:30/6 1 week of the month 6:30a-6:30p With flexibility as needed and agreed upon Offered Rate: $24-26/hour before taxes, guaranteeing 40 hours per week + time and a half overtime. 2 weeks paid time off (one of nannies choosing, one coinciding with family), paid holidays, 3 paid sick days. Please Note: In addition to our standard screening, this position requires a nanny skills assessment and drug screen. A one-year commitment is mandatory, with the ideal candidate becoming a part of the family for multiple years
