A very loving, easygoing, family oriented, and strong valued family is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable nanny to join their family long term (hoping to have more children). They currently have one child that will be 5 months at the start of the position and are in need of general childcare responsibilities and light tidying of the home. They nanny must have 5+ years of experience in childcare, preferably as a nanny (beyond age 18), must be CPR & First Aid certified. The family lives walking distance to downtown Portsmouth and would like the nanny to take their child to local parks, the library, children's events, and to explore downtown. The family is looking for a strong personality match where the nanny seamlessly fits into the family and becomes a valued member. The family enjoys being active outdoors and would like the nanny to be aligned in this way as well. They would prefer a nanny that is willing and able to play, channel their inner child, dance in the rain, and allow their child to get messy.
