Are you looking for a wonderfully full-filling position that you can be proud of? Paradigm Care & Enrichment Center provides care to children 6 weeks old through Kindergarten. Assistant Teachers help with carrying out lesson plans prepared by the Lead Teachers. All positions will spend time caring for the needs of our children, such as diapering or bathroom needs, and preparing and serving snacks and light meals. This position also includes watching out for the safety and well-being of our precious children through modeling appropriate behavior and encouraging healthy social skills. Light housekeeping duties are assigned daily. We can train someone who is new to the field if we feel you are the right person for the job! *A GREAT TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND RELIABLE ATTENDANCE IS A MUST.* Qualifications and Skills: Education: HS/GED. All employees go through fingerprinting and thus must have a valid driver's license. All employees are trained in CPR and first aid annually.
