Li'l Village Child Learning Center is a licensed daycare in Maryland, serving children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We strive to provide a high-quality program appropriate for infants and preschoolers in a culturally and economically diverse environment. Li'l Village Child Learning Center mission is to provide educational services using a developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum for young children. The responsibilities of an Infant Teacher at the organization are the following: Plan lessons and implement the Creative Curriculum using Teaching Strategies. Document observations. Track and complete daily attendance and reports for the children on the parent connection app. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude. Bring personal creativity for the classroom weekly theme, including decorating, completing bulletin boards, posting evidence of engagements, connecting with parents and staff, etc... Use the iPad/computer to create monthly newsletters and monthly take home projects. Follow the policies and procedures set forth by Maryland Childcare Licensing Agency (MSDE) for early childhood development. Attending professional development and training.
