Provide at least 2 professional childcare-related references Enthusiastic, positive attitude and genuine love for children Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation (though non-drivers welcome for certain locations) Teamwork spirit and ability to adapt to different family dynamics Must be of at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US Non-smokers preferred.
