A loving family in Owings Mills is looking for a nurturing nanny to provide care Monday-Friday from 8am-5 p.m. Care is **primarily for their newborn daughter** due in mid-March. Part-time care (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-5pm) is needed for their oldest son (7yro) during the 2023-2024 school year, with the second oldest son (currently 5yro) joining the fun the following year (2024-2025). The family also has two other children, twin boys (almost 4yro), who attend daycare full-time. When school/daycare closes, the nanny is free to share the magic with all five kiddos (if comfortable). Family would ease the nanny into this gradually, prioritizing their comfort and the newborn's needs. Family is happy to discuss this need during the interview phase. On Thursdays (during school year, 2023-2024) while grandmother is caring for the newborn, twins & second oldest, the nanny will focus on nanny tasks and provide care & fun for the oldest son. During the following school year (2024-2025) on Thursdays, care would include the second oldest son as well. In the summers, the four oldest children will attend camps full-time, while the nanny cares for the newborn. During the summers on Thursdays, the nanny will focus solely on nanny tasks. The family is hoping to find a wonderful addition to their household who can enrich their children's lives through play, literature, and experiences. They look to find a nanny who will engage their newborn in age-appropriate activities as well as bringing fun to their oldest son(s) afternoons. Someone who will take their children on adventures inside and outside the home. A companion who will use imagination and creativity to keep their children entertained while providing extra love and support! Tasks for the nanny include rare pick-ups & drop offs, children's meals & laundry, grocery shopping (child focused though would love if nanny could grab family related items as well), and keeping areas of the home used by the children and the nanny tidy. Dad works from home. Family's position requires a driver with their own car, though they have a car for on-the-job tasks.
