We are seeking Teachers Assistants who have a passion in working with children and who are willing to learn and grow with us!! Teachers Assistants work in tandem with our Teachers to provide the children experiences and fundamentals during the day. Our children's days are spent around snack/meal times, circle time, outdoor time, activity times (inclusive of arts/science/math activities), nap time, and free play. Our teachers all bring a different style into their classroom, but primarily focuses on "learning through play." Children learn best through exploration, whether it is independently-driven or teacher-driven. Our goal is to help teach children how to play, how to build relationships, how to speak to one another, how to resolve conflict, how to share, and how to regulate their emotions. We also focus on teaching children to love learning-when they enjoy what they do and they have built a connection with their caregivers/teachers, they are more apt to get involved. Our teachers role is to encourage these aspects of learning and bringing excitement into the children's day!!
