Professional family looking for a loving, experienced nanny for their one child. Parents are looking to have more children soon, experience with similarly aged siblings is a plus! Baby is set to arrive March 2024! Parents are interested in hiring two nannies for optimal childcare, household management, & nanny related duties. Parents have demanding jobs where attendance is crucial. By having two committed nannies, there should be ultimate coverage. The nannies would occasionally overlap, ideally there would be set schedules to each nanny's preference. Responsibilities include: complete all child related duties, vendor outreach and coordination, general household organization, household tidiness and errands. Developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum implementation takes precedence over household responsibilities. Preference given to one nanny with professional nanny experience and newborn experience. Preference given to the second nanny of household organization and management experience. Ideal employees would understand the busy lives of a doctor/attorney family. Family is easy going, laid back, enjoys traveling and wants a nanny to come along! A nanny who speaks another language would be a fun bonus! Mom + Dad want someone who will love their children like their own. Candidates must be able to establish a routine and take ownership of their position. Family is looking for someone that can commit to longer than one year. They want their nanny to be an extension of their family. Must love pets- they have a dog and two cats. Must be a non-smoker, have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and be CPR certified. Family is offering a competitive hourly rate, paid holidays, PTO, mileage reimbursement, etc.
