Organized Nanny And Family Manager Needed

Professional family seeking a patient and organized nanny/family manager.. Mom + Dad work in home offices. Nanny candidates must be organized, flexible, engage in developmentally appropriate play and fun activities with each age. Parents are looking for help with childcare, as well as household tasks. The older three children are in 2nd grade, Kindergarten and preschool. The baby would be home full-time. This Nanny/Household manager can expect to assist with laundry, meal prep, organizational projects, general tidying, carpool, and errands. Parents want someone who has experience as a nanny and is confident in their abilities. Parents think a nanny that is "patient + persistent" would be the best fit for their busy household. When all four children are present after school, mom and/or dad are engaged and helping. A divide and conquer attitude is best as it is difficult to play football outside in a princess costume at a tea party! Preference given to someone with experience in the Positive Parenting approach with redirection for unwanted behaviors. Please be a strong swimmer and CPR certified as they have a pool. They want someone to become a long term, trusted extension of their family. Must be a non-smoker with a valid driver's license. A nanny car will be provided. The family travels and would be interested in a nanny being able to commit to traveling with them. The parents are not interested in hiring a nanny who would need to bring their child with them. Must be willing to sign an NDA/Confidentiality clause. Family is offering a competitive hourly rate, paid on the books, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
