City Children's Academy is a private daycare and preschool located in a fantastic River West location. We are immediately seeking part-time assistant teachers for both AM and PM shifts. Hours will be set between 15-30 hrs/wk. Applicants must be dedicated, enthusiastic, nurturing individuals, who have a passion for working with children. Responsibilities Include: Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning. Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff. Creating a positive learning environment in the classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning. Assistant Teacher Requirements: Associate's degree with coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience preferred as well.
