Friends (Quaker) First Day (Sunday) School Childcare worker Enjoy interacting with young children in a supportive, community oriented, and fun environment? Interested in getting to know more about a local religious community dedicated to Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality and the Environment? Fort Collins Friends Meeting is seeking childcare for our younger Friends First Day (Sunday) school. The children in the young Friends group are 2 to 12 years of age. The individual that we are seeking for this position will be energetic and fun yet responsible and safe - and most of all, love being with children. The First Day School is held every Sunday from 9:45 - 11:00 a.m. You will be responsible for the care of 1 to 6 children each Sunday morning. We have books and crafts and an outdoor playground for the children to play. We will encourage the childcare worker to engage the children in activities during the hour session. The interview process will involve you coming to one of the First Day School sessions. We will conduct a background check for the selected candidate.
