What You'll Be Doing: Morning: Start the day off right by greeting our little ones with exciting arrival activities that spark curiosity and enthusiasm right from the get-go. Invitations to Play: Design captivating play setups that inspire imagination, creativity, and endless fun for our young learners. Learning Through Play: Foster growth and development through engaging play-based activities that cater to each child's unique interests and learning style. Potty Training Partners: Support our kiddos on their potty training journey with patience, encouragement, and celebratory cheers for every milestone achieved! Safe & Happy Environment: Cultivate a safe, nurturing, and vibrant space where children feel valued, respected, and excited to learn. Activity Planning: Collaborate with our team to plan and implement enriching play-based activities that captivate young minds and encourage exploration. Family Connections: Build strong and positive relationships with families through open communication, sharing insights, daily reports and celebrating the growth and achievements of each child. What We're Looking For: A High School Diploma or equivalent. If you have an ECE certificate, that's fantastic! If not, and you're passionate about pursuing a career in early childhood education, we're here to support you on your journey. A genuine love for working with children, coupled with a fun and friendly demeanor that makes learning enjoyable for everyone. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with children, families, and colleagues. A collaborative spirit, punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to creating a positive and enriching learning environment. First Aid and CPR certification are preferred, but if you don't have them yet, we'll assist you in obtaining these essential qualifications.
