Super Sitters is coming to San Diego this summer! We're supporting a large annual event in town, providing the childcare for the "Kids Party" on Monday, June 24th! We're looking for 175+ sitters to support the 850+ children at the event. Super Sitters has worked this event for multiple years in different cities, and we know it sounds over the top, extravagant, and really awesome, and that's because IT IS! This is an annual week-long event for families traveling from all over the country, and this night is specifically a party for the kids (and they look forward to it all year!)! It's truly one of a kind, unforgettable, well organized, and so much fun! Applicant Requirements: - Aged 18+ - has a good energy - can work well with others and follow direction - has 3+ years of experience with children (baby experience not required!) - is comfortable in large groups with loud noises/music - will follow rules and guidelines of the event - will show maturity, professionalism, and respect of others during the event More info & details: - The event is 4:30-11:30pm (7h) - Sitters will be sent home at half-hour increments, until 11:30pm but each sitter will be paid for at least 4 hours of work (dismissal is based on child numbers, ratios, and sitter attitude and work through the night) - Breaks and snacks will be provided to sitters working the event - Sitters will be responsible only for childcare - playing WITH the kids, bringing good energy, and keeping the kids involved in all of the various activities. Event Policies and Extra Info: - Failure to follow rules of the event will result in immediate dismissal and sitter may not be eligible for 4 hour minimum payment. - Payment to sitters will be made night-of, following completion of the event. - Super Sitters will pay sitters directly according to local state laws and information re: payment to sitters will be shared on event-by-event basis.
