Exceptional Part-Time Nanny Opportunity - Potential for ROTA Position We are searching for an extraordinary nanny to join a delightful family in a part-time role, with the potential to transition to a ROTA nanny position. Role Overview: Hours & Scheduling: The position is part-time with a flexible schedule that includes additional hours during summer, holidays, and any school breaks. The nanny will work alongside another nanny and a supportive team, ensuring comprehensive care and interaction with the children. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus overtime as agreed upon. A year-end bonus and a nanny car are also included to ensure comfort and ease in transportation needs. Travel: The family enjoys travel, often on private or first-class arrangements. Trips are typically short, ranging from 4 days to a week, and occur approximately 4-5 times a year, sometimes internationally depending on the mother's filming schedule. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Strong experience with newborns is essential, as the nanny will primarily care for the baby in the afternoons. Evening collaboration with the team from dinner through bedtime is expected. Philosophy: Alignment with RIE principles or a similar respectful approach to child-rearing is preferred. This should be complemented by a nurturing and development-focused attitude. Skills: Culinary ability is crucial for preparing meals, lunches, and baby food for three children. Traits: We are looking for someone who is active, creative, and a team player. The ideal candidate should be engaging yet not overly loud or chatty, with a balance of firmness and fun in their interaction with children. Other Requirements: No sick days are offered, reliability is paramount to maintain the family's schedule. Flexibility to accommodate important events with sufficient notice is available.
