Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Clean and maintain rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas. Empty trash and recycling bins. Fill and empty dishwasher. 2. Linen & Laundry: Change bed linens and towels as required. Wash, fold, and store laundry properly. 3. Organisation: Ensure household items are stored in their designated places. Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials. 4. Childcare Support: Assist with school drop-off or pick-up once a week, ensuring timely and safe transport. Provide light supervision and care for the child as needed. Prepare snacks or meals for the child if required. (Optional) Engage with children in Spanish to support bilingual development if fluent. 5. Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with the family in English, and Spanish if applicable. Regularly inspect areas to identify any maintenance or repair needs and report promptly. 6. Adherence to Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning and childcare. Handle cleaning products safely and responsibly. Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with or a genuine interest in childcare. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude. Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks. Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate childcare needs. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
