Hi! My name is Erin and I just finished up my first year of teaching middle school and would love to continue sharing knowledge during the summer. My primary specializations are in Reading/Writing and Social Studies. I would love to work with you and can provide references as needed!

I love working with babies and young children. I have been a full time nanny before in Raleigh, NC with an awesome family who I am still in touch with. Also I have about 16 years of camp experience and 8 years of working in the school system. I have worked with children of all ages, special needs, and different ethnic backgrounds. Some of my favorite activities are crafting, reading, hiking, swimming, and watching movies. I am kind, caring, and compassionate.

I have 3 dogs and a cat. I have grown up around animals and I have pet sit on and off for the past 5 years. Comfortable around all kinds of animals (big and small)

I have experience watching children ages 1. 5 yr to 13 yr both privately and for the town of Scituate. I also have experience with tutoring and can help your child get ahead before the next school year. I am mental health first aid and first aid certified. I would love an opportunity to help you and your child have a safe and happy summer. I also speak both Spanish and German and would be happy to communicate with you and your child in either (English is fine too.)

I have been working with children for almost my entire life. I was a camp counselor for four years, worked in a program with children with social differences/ special needs, I have babysat for multiple families with children aging from 1-7 and I have also been a substitute teacher for a pre school by the college I attended. At that college, I received a bachelor's degree in human development. From there I continued my education and received my master's degree in early childhood education as well as a certification to teach. I strongly believe that working with children and helping them learn will have a huge impact on their lives in the future.

My name is Taylor, and I am a 28yo currently living in the NW DC area. I graduated from Washington College in 2018 with a major in Human Development and a minor in Psychology. I was also a 4 year starter on the volleyball team as well as a 2 year captain. I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember, working both as a family babysitter/nanny and at a preschool during summers and breaks since 2014. I have experience with all ages, from newborns to teenagers! I'm energetic and patient. Currently I am working for a family with 2 girls (9 and 10) as a nanny/household manager! Hi! I have 17 years of baby-sitting experience starting with new borns and up. I was a full-time nanny through college and had a couple of families that I regularly sat for in the DC and Annapolis areas until I moved to the Silver Spring area. I have my own transportation, I am not a smoker, and I can happily provide references. I was laid off in September, got married, and now am casually looking to return to the workforce for a full-time position and baby-sitting is just for fun. I have always loved kids and enjoy their energy (before giving them back!). I am a fun, outgoing baby-sitter that likes to be goofy, play games inside or outside, read, conduct arts & crafts, or play sports. I enjoy playing music, encouraging dance parties, and making up other fun games. I'm patient and encourage the kiddo to try and figure out the challenge or opportunity. I have had experience with children for the past 12 years and even before that. I have worked as a daycare teacher for children 2-11 since I was 16. I have babysat ages newborn up through pre-teens since I was 14. One summer I was a nanny for 3 girls ages 6, 7, and 8. I was also a nanny last fall for two babies ages 5 months and 7 months. I also have experience working with children and teenagers in my church youth group. I have taken many occasional positions on this site as well as care. com and have built positive relationships with the families I have worked with. Most recently, I served as a part-time nanny/big sister for a 5-year-old girl who became like a little sister to me. Unfortunately, we moved to Frederick so I had to leave that position. I have also been a Children's Director at a Baptist church for 1. 5 years, where I was in charge of ministries for children aged newborn-middle school. I have 2 younger sisters who were born when I was 10 and 12 and I have helped raise them, so I've been practicing with children since the age of 10. I have worked as an intern at a school, working with children with ADHD and learning disorders. I have also worked as a counselor at a family counseling center as well as the health department, where I worked with children with different learning disorders as well as emotional and behavioral issues. I have worked with several children on the autism spectrum. I really have a heart for children and I love to work with them in any capacity I can. I love working with children because they have an innocence and joy about them that you can't quite find anywhere else. This is just the tip of the iceberg of my experience with children. I have a graduate degree in counseling, but want to take a break from that to do something I really enjoy, such as working with children. I just had my own little one born November 13, 2013 and I am so in love with him! My husband is a pastor and we are looking to bring in a little extra income, so I am looking for part-time work doing what I love. I am fun and easy to get along with and will be an active and positive babysitter for your children. I get along really easily with children and enjoy playing games with them and spending time with them. I would be interested in any ages and also in working with children with special needs, as I have a lot of additional experience working with special needs children.
