Hello! My name is Kiarnan (pronounced K-ear-nin). I am currently a junior at the University of Mary Washington where I am working towards a bachelor's of science in elementary education with an endorsement in special education! I am also the creative director for Bookmobile Fredericksburg, a non-profit that operates to get books into the community for free! I have about 5 years of experience working with and supervising kids so I am very comfortable around them! I love their curious minds :) I am a reliable, patient, and creative person. With me, your children will receive appropriate care (I am CPR and first aid certified) and I'm willing to do additional other tasks if requested (light housework, meal prep, and animal care). I worked in a veterinary office as an assistant, so I'm also comfortable around pets. I'm very organized and able to multitask.

I love teaching. I spent most of my career teaching 4th grade language arts. I've also taught 2nd grade and middle school English for Summer School. I am currently working at Battlefield Elementary School as an ESOL teacher. I work with students to help improve their ability to speak, listen, reading and write English.

I have cared for children at the age of 4 and up. I am very involved with arts and crafts and love to play games with the kids. I also have transportation and am available to pick them up or drop them off at different events. I primarily have experience with taking care of my niece and nephew and the children of close family friends, but I am excited to branch out and meet new people. My primary focus is to create a stable and safe environment while also provide entertainment or even educational requirements.

Hi! I have had animals all my life and loved each one unconditionally. My previous experience as a dog walker/ pet sitter with a reliable company gave me the knowledge and confidence to take care of pretty much any type of pet. I also have personal experience with elderly pets and administrating medicine. I can provide text updates of your pets so you know they happy and well taken care of! I am more than willing to accommodate if your pet has specific needs as well. I would love the chance to care for your fur babies! A little about me is, I am a college student looking for part-time work. I am earning my degree in sociology at the University of Mary Washington. I excel in time management, have my own reliable vehicle, and am very active. I am trustworthy and have a clean driving and criminal record.

Hi! My name is Kimmy :) and I would love to babysit for your children. I'm currently in college studying nursing, and am set to graduate with my ADN this May 7th. I am also set to get my RN by end of July and am looking for a family I can help out during the summer. I currently work on the labor and delivery floor at Reston Hospital Center as a patient care tech and I recently accepted an RN job at Inova Loudoun on the postpartum floor where I am set to start in August. I am certified with Basic Life Support and CPR for adults, children, and infants. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and have experience with taking care of others in the hospital and in their home environment. I enjoy being around and playing with kids. I intend to make a safe and stable environment for any and all children I may watch after!

Having grown up around family pets I have always been very comfortable around animals. Now that I cohabitate with my little guy Peaches the tabbycat, I understand how important quality and stress free pet care is. It's been said that I have a calming presence with nervous pets and I am my friend's and family's first call when their own pets need to be walked or watched. I like to learn their personalities so that I can accommodate their needs and make their time away from their person as happy as possible. I love making new furry friends! My experience is the following : The administration of feline medication (pills, oral cream, ear drops, and inhaler). Feeding, play, mild grooming and transportation of felines. Walking, feeding, play, mild grooming and transportation of small, medium, and large dogs (up to 100lbs)

Animals have always been in my life. I have been unable to have a pet of my own recently due to the hours and demands of my career, but now, due to COVID-19, I am unemployed until at least 2021 and am looking for other ways to supplement my income. I worked as a stage manager, which means I am incredibly organized, punctual, and responsible. My parents had two dogs by the time I was born and we always had at least one dog in my home as I was growing up. We also had two cats at one point and taking care of them was a part of my daily tasks and I loved doing it. After I moved out of my parents' house, animals were still a part of my life. I worked for a dog walking company for 3 years after college and still occasionally will dog/cat sit for family and friends while they're on vacation.

I'm a current junior in Psychology at UMW in Fredericksburg who is looking for some part-time pet sitting or babysitting jobs. In high school I worked as a camp counselor. This involved teaching math, coding, computer skills, English, and art. After High school I was a part-time nanny for an elementary school boy and girl. I also tutored them both in various subjects. The past two summers I have been a lifeguard at a community pool. I always love helping kids learn how to do new things and seeing their face when all their hard work finally pays off.

Hello families! If your child needs help with reading development then I'm your girl! I am a certified Reading Specialist with 15 years of experience teaching children to love reading in Kindergarten-5th grade, and have worked at the McGuffey Reading Center at UVA. I have also completed the LETRS certification which qualifies me to specifically target the foundational skills of reading. I can provide tutoring that will strengthen your child's phonics, vocabulary, writing, and comprehension skills in a fun and hands-on way! We'll read, laugh and play together. Some favorite lessons of past students include author studies, skits, and graphic novel book clubs. When your child gets a taste of success they will love reading. Since I am certified to teach grades PK-5, I am also available to help with math, science, history, and other content areas. General homework help is also available. I am able to meet at my in-home classroom, or conduct lessons virtually.

Hi, I am Brianna! I am 21 years old and currently in college! I am majoring in elementary education and love kids! Activities and playing outside is great but also movies and just hanging around! I have been babysitting since I was around 15 (not my own siblings) and have grown very comfortable with kids! I have experience with as young as 2 months and up to 12! I am also good with animals!
