We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (e. g. making sure the kids clean up after themselves, washing their dishes, breakfast and lunch prep on drop off days, dinner prep on pick up days). You should be willing to help with homework/kumon and comfortable reading to kids as well as playing outdoors with them (e. g. playing pass, hide and go seek) or board games in doors.

We have a small sand pit in the back on the patio. If it is too warm or uncomfortable, we have a daylight basement that toys and books can be brought down to. It is much cooler down there and has a tv as well. We have a husky who is trained and should not prove to be an issue (crate trained as well). She is generally a quiet dog and will potentially just go off to a side of the house. My husband can potentially show up earlier than 7pm, as can I. I have set the time to 7 p.m. in the event of awful traffic jams on the way back.
