thought about not writing this review several times, but after debating it I'm still so irked that a review seemed like the logical recourse. (Besides small claims court). We enrolled our 6 month old (at the time) son in TTEOAC around 2 weeks before Covid hit. Everything was going great (besides the constant aggressive group texting to communicate with parents). After Covid started, our pediatrician recommended we pull our son from daycare immediately. I specifically spoke to the owner and we both agreed that we would put our 4 weeks of pre - paid care on hold. Obviously no one knew at the time how bad it would get. After months and months of lockdown we finally revisited returning our boy to daycare with our Dr., but due to a special condition that he had at the time, the end decision was that he should not return until sometime in the future. I advised the owner and requested that the 4 weeks of credit we had on file be refunded. After much back and forth she sent us a check for 2 of the 4 weeks. Her only rebuttal was that they were struggling. I get that, but who isn't. Bottom line is in my mind we were taken advantage of and the owner did not stick to a very clear verbal agreement we made with each other.
