I am 52 years old and have been doing licensed Group Day Care since 1992 with over 15 years of licensed day care experience. In the process I had seven children of my own, so needless to say my experience and love for children is vast. Most of my children are quite grown now. I am looking to do daycare out of your home. All children in my care are treated equally yet understanding that each child is different. Just like with your own children you love them all equally, but you love them differently because every child is their own person with different personal needs and personalities. My efforts are on loving the children while teaching them manners, being well behaved and respectful. I have strong patience and psychological understanding of a child's mind and where they should be at developmentally, emotionally and socially. Through education and over 25 years of experience raising children, I am well in tune to each child's needs. I provide a loving safe environment where the children can grow up feeling confident and secure, while also preparing them for school through learning in a fun manner and at each child's own pace. Success with raising children is with lots of love, structure and boundaries, yet also to allow them to express themselves in their own way and grow in their own time. Remember.... each child is their own person and in my care they will be raised as such and loved just as much if they were my own.
