Precious Cargo Learn N Play is an in-home childcare environment. As I searched for childcare for my own child, I discovered a strong need for more intimate, and private childcare settings. Too often children are getting lost in the shuffle at large childcare centers. In my home, your child will receive one-on-one attention, love, trust, and the security they need and deserve to thrive in their development and in their relationships with other children.
The children enjoy learning, playing, singing, dancing, and reading. The children also do arts and crafts weekly. I am passionate about providing a child-based experience and encouraging learning and love.

Precious Cargo Learn N Play , I've been attending since my son was 6 months ( he's 3 now ) ! I never had an issue with Shamica , she communicates , loving , caring and she accepts your little one as her own !
Very affordable along with the hot meals being included, the wonderful arts and crafts the kids do and of course the learning curriculum she does with them ! I'm beyond blessed and thankful I was able to be apart of the Precious Cargo Learn N Play family!

Shamica provided excellent care for my boys, ages 3 and 5, for one year. I'm heartbroken that she had to move out of state because otherwise my boys would still be in her care today! It's hard to find a provider like Shamica. She is truly one-of-a-kind! She provides a clean, fun and safe learning environment for the kiddos, and really takes the time to listen to them. She interacts with them by doing arts and crafts, dancing, reading and so much more. She even bakes with them and makes it fun! As working parents, it's such a struggle to find a daycare you can trust. Especially one where your child receives individual attention. However, you can rest assured that you will not have to worry about your kids in Shamica's care. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you for all you do Shamica!

I had a conference to attend during my week in Las Vegas. I found Shamika 2 months before my trip. I spoke to her on the phone and updated her as we got closer to the trip. My daughter loved Shamika and her daughter Sariah. On the last day of my conference, I was going to bring my daughter to the conference with me although I had already paid my fees, but my daughter insisted on going to see Shamika and staying with her until I was finished! I will call Shamika for next year!

I had always felt more comfortable with in home childcare my son had been to several and finally I had found a place that both me and my son loved and will continue to use until he starts school a few years from now. I'm so happy we found Precious Cargo N Play!!

I wish I could give more stars!!!! I'm new here to Las Vegas and finding daycare for date nights and just some mommy time was really hard but Shamica does it all. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my 2 and 4 year old in her care. They have activities, playtime and snacks. My kids love to come here!! If you are looking for a safe and loving environment this is it!

My child attended Date Night at Shamica's home last weekend!! He had so much fun! Pizza and games were provided.
Shamica is patient and dedicated to the children! My son runs to her door once we arrive. That warms my heart and lets me know she treats him good

I love my daughter going here! Shamica is super clean, hands on, and so patient and nurturing with all the kids. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to anyone watching my kids, but Shamica is one of the only people I trust to the point where I'll forget to call and check up on my daughter because she's that good. I've never experienced any issues. My daughter eats good and plays well there. Shamica is very clean too. She cleans in the morning and in the evening. I like that she supplies everything just in case you forget something. I highly recommend Precious Cargo for your daycare needs.

Shamica has always been reliable and available, even in last minute situations. Her home is large enough for children to have plenty of room, and is also clean and pet/smoke free. We appreciate that she provides healthy snacks/meals and offers educational or artistic activities. Our 3 year old son is always excited to see her and her youngest daughter, who has become his best friend! We very much recommend Shamica as a caretaker for any family.
