My name is Fatemeh and I go by Ladan. I run a licensed family day care in Gaithersburg, MD. I have worked in a family daycare as an Assistant Manager for six years prior to starting my own business. I am also a mother to a 17-year-old son. I was trained in early childhood education, and have acquired a great deal of experience working with newborns, infants, and toddlers during my years as an Assistant Manager. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from another country. I love children, and I love caring for children.

We highly recommend Ladan! She is so caring, loving, and kind. Our experience with her daycare has been wonderful, and our son is so happy to see her every morning. He started here when he was 3 months old, and he has learned so much from Ladan over the past 2.5 years. It is very evident how much Ladan loves the kids she cares for and how much they love her!

My kid has been going to Ladan's since he was 3 months old (he's 4.5 now). Ladan has taught him so many things (I'll never forget when he started singing the alphabet for the first time) and treats him with incredible kindness and care. She's incredibly reliable and communicative. I'm not sure you could find someone better to care for your kid.

We started sending our daughter when she was 3.5-month old. We couldn't be happier with the decision we made. Ladan was caring person. She knew we were nervous sending our first daughter at such a young age. She sent us some photos time to time and reported us when she fed, changed diapers, and nap.
My daughter gave her a big smile every morning the moment Ladan opened her entrance door. We had to change the daycare since we moved. Otherwise we would have kept sending her to Ladan's.
Ladan is very flexible in terms of time which helped us a lot since we both worked. My daughter still calls Ladan's name every time she sees her in pictures.
We highly recommend Ladan's daycare.

My experience with Fatemeh "Ladan" was fantastic. I had my daughter with her since she was 11 weeks old till about 25 months. Ladan is an incredibly loving caregiver. She runs a small home daycare with children all under age of 3. My daughter was happy on day one and our last day. My daughter learned so much from Ladan. She could count to ten by age of 15 months. My daughter was always happy to see Ladan. Ladan is a very patient and loving and I couldn't have chosen a better caregiver to my daughter from first experience. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with Ladan's daycare for our daughter. We started when she was 3 months old and knew she was in a caring and loving environment. Everything was clean and our daughter was always happy when we dropped her off and picked her up.
