Unfortunatley I am just seeing this. First I would like to so that 80% of my business is from military familes, so I compleetely understad the crazy hours and will accomidate to the best that I can. Nikesia was a client that I helped out alot by staying open past 6pm and waking up in the middle of the night to get her daughter at 4am when i do not open unti 6:30am (at NO extra cost) after a few weeks of care Ms. Nikesia asked if she could bring her daughter in at 6am and not pick her up until 7 which is a hour after i close just for that week, I did in fact advise her that if i have to stay open then i would have to charge fees as I do have my own children that I have to tend to as well so for that full week of her having to come at 7pm i told her wit would be a extra 25$per day that she needed me to stay open past 6:30pm. which added up to $125.00 not $140.00 on top of her tuition which i think is very fair seeming how her child would have been in my care over 10 hours which is what your tuition covers.

As for me answering the door in shirts without a bra first this would happen at drop off at 4AM and would be my pajamas but nothing revealing and she never told me thatwas an issue for her.

Yes i do open at 6:30 but Ms.Nikesia was never clear on what days she would come at 4am and which at 6:30am, and at the time I had no children that came that early so yes if I dont have children that come in when im open I would sleep in whats wrong with that? I dont have to be up if i dont have clients that early.

As for report all my parents get a report actually Nikesia has had time where she would stay for a few mins so that i could show her arts and things we did for the day I also provided activity scheule for the day in the parent portal.

Ms.Nikesia's care was termintated early as my contract states i have the right to cancel she would come in my home and be very rude to me and thats not something i have to tolerate, so told her that instead of the 2 weeks end date that she wanted, that friday would be her last day due to how rude she was to me and the children in care.

As for the police, YES the police were called( by both of us) because ms. Nikesha was cursing in front of the kids and talking very loud I asked her on multiple occasions to stop and lets talk like adults but she refused, started snatching stuff all off my walls so i asked her to go outside as i gathered her child things ((4 diapers she didn't even use because I potty Trained her)

A parent actually pulled up when all. this was going on and all parents that had children in care at that time were notified and are still here and happy! I also called and notified licensing of this situation as well.

This all could have been completely avoided with professional communication, and its not something that happens here at my home this was the first time and hopefully the last!
