How to access your hiring hub
Hiring hub is available to Premium members and you can access it directly from your Care.com account. While all paying members have access, you’ll see the full power of hiring hub in action once you post a job and start getting applicants. That’s when you can review, sort and connect with caregivers all in one place.
How it works
1. Review and sort your applicants
Quickly see all your applicants in one place, so you can easily compare profiles and move them to “interested” or “not interested” as you go. We’ll even let the caregivers you mark as “not interested” know about your decision, so they aren’t left wondering if they’re still in the running.
2. Reach out to those who catch your eye
Send a message to a caregiver directly from your hiring hub so you can get to know them, ask questions and see if it’s the right fit—all without ever leaving the page.
3. Take private notes on your interactions
Keep notes on interviews, gut feelings or reminders for next steps. Only you can see them–caregivers won’t.
4. Make your hiring decision
