With Senior Care Advisor, you’ll get 90 days of access to a dedicated, master’s-level social worker who will help you create a comprehensive care plan tailored to your family’s needs. Your new hiring hub is here! We’ve made it simple to stay on top of every step in the hiring process. From one place, you can:
- Shortlist candidates: Tag standouts with one click to revisit top candidates faster
- Pass on those who don’t match: Easily pass on profiles that aren’t the right fit—and automatically notify them so no one is left wondering
- Private notes (for your eyes only): Keep track of your interview thoughts, gut feelings and next steps for candidates

Finding the right caregiver just got easier. Now you can filter caregivers based on their availability. This means better matches for your schedule and a faster hiring process.

Video interviews: Connect face to face without leaving Care.com

Coming soon, Premium members will be able to schedule and host live video interviews with caregivers—directly within Care.com. No need to swap phone numbers, emails or download other apps. Here’s what to expect when it launches:
- From your messages inbox, select the new video icon to request a video interview with a caregiver
- Choose a time that works for you—calls are set for up to 30 minutes
- Helpful reminders will be sent 24 hours, 1 hour and 5 minutes before your scheduled call
This feature is already rolling out in select areas, with plans to expand soon.
