Bryan Jamele, Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy

Bryan Jamele was appointed Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy for Care.com in April 2019, to establish the first in-house government affairs function for the business. Bryan leads all public-facing advocacy efforts on all federal and state legislative, regulatory and policy priorities for Care while serving as a key strategic partner to the C-suite, business leads and global communications.

Bryan brings to Care.com more than 20 years of legislative, regulatory and policy experience across of variety of public, quasi-public, private and nonprofit organizations. During his career, he has focused on economic and workforce development policies. He joined Care.com after having served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, public policy group aimed at promoting job growth and competitiveness policies and comprised of chief executive officers of the largest employers in Massachusetts. Earlier, Bryan worked for Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick in a variety of Administration roles. Bryan also spent time working in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the United States Congress.

Bryan received his B.A. in Government, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University and a J.D. from New England School of Law. He resides in Washington, DC.
