School lunches?!!

Although school is wrapping up, summer camps are around theh corner, and I struggle terribly with what to pack my 6 year old. she's picky enough as it is...and I've only got her to eat 2 things: Pork & Beans or Ham cubes. Does anyone have any suggestions?
