Potty Time

Well I am trying to prepare myself for the POTTY adventure. I went out and purchased the book and DVD of Once upon a potty. Trying to get the girls excited about being a BIG girl just like mommy, WHEW I can not say that training my older kids was such a stressful event but by having a potty for two scares me more than I can imagine. So I have decided to take the slow and easy road and feel my way through this one day at a time. Any moms or dads who have advice PLEASE POST!
We need anyone's input........
