Need help with after school pick up...

I recently acepted a new position and my work schedure has changed so now I am unable to pick up the kids from school. I need help with pick up, it will just be picking them up and driving them home. the drive is about 1/2 hour. I am in Manville NJ, but school is in Wesfield NJ.
