looking for a new sitter while one is working for you already

Hi Smitha,
I don't know if you can block her from seeing your online activity but she probably has friends that can can access to it and will find out anyway. So no matter what you do, it's going to be awkard to have her working for you (without a definitive end date) while you look for somone else.

I see you're from the Woodlands, TX. Check out the daycares and last-minute sitter services so that you can line something up in the event you have no one. Then talk to your current sitter about a definitive end date and give her some reasons she will understand (she might not like but will understand). So if you don't have your new sitter in time, you will be able to use these other forms of childcare temporarily.

In our case, we had a sitter for about 5 months that I knew I had to change for many reasons. One reason that I knew she would understand is that my oldest daughter needed a lot more help with homework and this lady couldn't help at all. In my case, she came through an agency and wasn't computer literate (another reason she couldn't help with homework) so it was easy to look for others while she was here.

Good luck!

Rosanne

Not at all. We pay for this service to find the right people and you need to find someone who can do the job. two weeks notice that's great someone else probaly would of just let her go
