I have been a friend of Betsy's for years, and I wouldn't hesitate to have her caring for anyone in my family, young or old, regardless of the complexity or responsibility of the situation. She is a model of compassion, as well as a smart hard-working individual. She is cool under pressure, forgiving of the lapses of others and has a wide range of experience in caring for others.
