Kara was our after-school nanny and a perfect addition to our family. She is responsible, loving, funny and incredibly patient. What I loved most about Kara was her ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them. Ever have someone text you and say "Hey, I noticed we have soccer practice tonight at 5pm, would you like me to go ahead and feed the kids early? I found everything to make tacos." That's Kara. The only reason she is not still our nanny is because she moved and we secretly hope she has to move back some day :)
